Jasmine Wencl is a professional makeup artist and hairstylist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jasmine received her cosmetology license in 2006 at the Scot Lewis Schools for Cosmetology in Bloomington, Minnesota. A professional hairstylist and makeup artist since 2005, Jasmine specializes in makeup for special occasions, print and special effects, and has experience working with all skin and hair types. She enjoys trying new products and working with professional lines such as: Glo Minerals, Ben Nye , Young Blood , Tigi-Bead Head, Trucco, Bare Escentuals, MAC, Sinful Colors, and Maybelline.

Jasmine has worked with models and professional photographers in the Twin Cities. Her talent landed her an opportunity to work with Gary Cook of Image Group Photography in late 2006, through which she worked with hundreds of different models. Her work will be featured in an upcoming book project entitled "Angels and Misfits."

In 2007, she took a position as a hairstylist and makeup artist at Rick's Cabaret in Minneapolis (RCI Entertainment) doing hair styling and makeup for entertainers until her relocation in 2010.




Jasmine also became popular with the Minnesota bridal community, helping dreams come true and ensuring the perfect day.

Jasmine worked with many photographers in Minneapolis including: Miles Schuster, Commercial photographer Steven Wolf, Jayme Halbritter, and the ladies of Boodwah Photography of Minneapolis, as well as Lagos Photography while living in Oakland, California from November 2010 until returning to Minneapolis is March of 2012.

In 2010 Jasmine created, and coordinated a makeup event for the Minneapolis Zombie Pub Crawl hosted at Grumpy's Bar & Grille in Minneapolis, that was picked up as the official makeup event of the crawl, and is planning on doing it again next year.

Jasmine maintains accountability with all her work and has a proven track record of consistent communication and reliable scheduling.

Jasmine currently lives in Oakland, CA, and Will be returning to Minneapolis, MN the beginning of March 2012. In her spare time, Jasmine loves to spend time with her husband Brandon and their dogs, riding her bike, making art, meeting new people and spending time with her family and friends.
